Home Front Pros LLC (d/b/a "Homefront Pro," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, sell, share, and protect your personal information when you visit homefrontpro.com or any of our other websites, landing pages, or quizzes that link to this Policy (the "Site"), and the rights you have over that information.

If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please do not use the Site.

Homefront Pro is an online matching and lead-generation service for homeowners interested in bathroom remodeling and related home-improvement projects. We do not perform construction work. We connect homeowners with independent third-party home-improvement contractors and with marketing partners (including ActiveProspect, Inc. and its LeadConduit platform) who route inquiries to those contractors.

2. The Personal Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information (using the categories defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act, Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140(v)):

CategoryExamples

Internet or other electronic network activityPages viewed, time-on-page, referring URL, click events, form-field interactions captured by our consent-capture provider (TrustedForm), browser type, operating system, language
Geolocation dataApproximate location derived from IP address; the postal/street address you self-report on the quiz
Audio, electronic, visual, or similar informationSession-replay events (keystrokes and page screenshots) captured by TrustedForm at the moment of form submission to evidence your consent
Professional or employment-related informationOnly if you voluntarily provide it
InferencesEstimated project type, estimated budget bucket, estimated likelihood of conversion
Sensitive personal information (CCPA)We treat your home street address combined with the project location as sensitive personal information for the purpose of providing the Limit-Use right under California law. We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial-account numbers, precise geolocation derived from location-tracking technology, racial/ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, mail/email/text contents, genetic data, biometric data, health data, or sex-life/sexual-orientation data.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

3. Where That Information Comes From

  • Directly from you when you complete a quiz or contact form, call us, email us, or interact with the Site.
  • Automatically through cookies, pixels, server logs, the TrustedForm JavaScript tag (operated by ActiveProspect, Inc.), and similar technologies.
  • From our marketing partners and advertising platforms (e.g., when you arrive via a click ID from Google, Meta, Microsoft, or affiliate publishers, we receive the click ID and basic referral data).

4. How We Use Personal Information

We use the personal information we collect to:

  1. Provide the Site and respond to your quiz submission.
  2. Match you with home-improvement contractors and route your inquiry through ActiveProspect/LeadConduit to those contractors.
  3. Sell your inquiry, as a "lead," to ActiveProspect/LeadConduit and to the contractors and marketing partners who purchase it.
  4. Contact you by phone, SMS, and email about your project and related offers, including using automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded voices, and artificial voices, in accordance with the consent you gave.
  5. Capture, store, and validate your TCPA consent (using TrustedForm).
  6. Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, bot submissions, and security incidents.
  7. Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
  8. Conduct internal analytics, A/B testing, and risk assessments required by California and other state laws.
  9. Improve the Site and our marketing.

5. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

We sell personal information. Our business is lead generation. When you submit a quiz, we transmit the information you provided (along with the TrustedForm consent certificate URL, your IP address, the page URL, and a timestamp) to ActiveProspect, Inc. through its LeadConduit platform, which in turn delivers your inquiry to one or more home-improvement contractors and marketing partners that have purchased the right to receive bathroom-remodeling leads. These contractors and partners pay monetary consideration for that delivery. Under most state privacy laws this constitutes a "sale" of personal information.

We may also "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is defined under the CCPA (e.g., when our advertising pixels send hashed identifiers to advertising networks).

You have the right to opt out of these sales and shares at any time. See Section 9.

The categories of third parties to whom we sell or share personal information are:

  • ActiveProspect, Inc. (LeadConduit platform / TrustedForm / TrustedCall)
  • Independent home-improvement contractors and dealer networks who purchase bathroom-remodeling leads
  • Other lead aggregators that purchase or co-register leads in our vertical
  • Advertising platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, programmatic networks)
  • Analytics providers (Google Analytics 4, others)
  • Email and SMS service providers acting on our behalf (note: these are "service providers/processors," not buyers)

6. Disclosure for Business Purposes

We also disclose personal information to service providers and processors who act on our behalf — including hosting, email/SMS delivery, anti-fraud, customer-relationship-management, payment processing for our customers (the contractors), and outside professional advisors — under written contracts that restrict their use of personal information to the services we ask of them.

We may also disclose information to comply with subpoenas, court orders, lawful requests by public authorities, and to protect our rights, your safety, and the safety of others.

7. Cookies, Pixels, Session-Replay, and Tracking

The Site uses cookies, web beacons, pixels, SDKs, and the TrustedForm session-replay tag. The TrustedForm tag is invoked at the moment you load a quiz page and captures the page DOM, your form-field interactions, the disclosure language you saw, and the moment you submitted the form, in order to create a tamper-resistant timestamped consent certificate. These certificates are retained by ActiveProspect for up to five years as proof of your consent and may be produced in litigation.

You can control cookies via your browser settings or via our cookie banner. Disabling certain cookies will degrade Site functionality.

7a. Variant Testing

We continually evaluate different versions of this page (different layouts, headings, images, and pricing presentations) to learn which version is clearest and most useful. The version you see is determined by the URL you arrived from — different marketing campaigns may direct you to different versions of the page. We store the version you saw in a first-party cookie (name: __Host-ab, lifetime: 180 days) so that as you move through the form (for example, from the landing page to the quiz to the confirmation), you continue to see the same version. The cookie also contains a random identifier so that, if you submit our contact form, we can record which version of the page you saw. The identifier is a random string and is not linked to your identity unless and until you submit our contact form. We do not use your personal characteristics or browsing history to choose which version you see. You can opt out at any time by clearing your browser cookies for this site or by visiting ?exp=clear. None of these variants change the terms of any offer or the language of any consent you provide; they vary only the presentation of the page.

8. Universal Opt-Out / Global Privacy Control

We honor opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal, as required by the laws of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, and Texas. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and (for California users) we will display a visible confirmation that the request was honored.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the rights below. We honor these rights for all U.S. residents, regardless of state, as a matter of policy.
